The full soundtrack to Marguerite Duras' 1975 film India Song, about a French ambassador's wife in 1930s India, is here repurposed with all new cinematography. As we hear all the dialogue of a bygone movie, we travel visually through images of absence and decay, bereft of life. It's the ghost of a film, and a further commentary on colonialism.

　　本片的聲音部分完全相同於《印度之歌》，但是在影像上卻是完全地空鏡頭（拍攝地為法國Reims地區頹敗且已無人煙的Rothschild宮），與《印度之歌》毫無關係。也正因如此，造成Duras這兩部作品中有股奇妙的迴路，在不斷地循環著。

이 영화의 사운드트랙은 과 같다. 부분적으로 무대장치도 마찬가지이다. 내부는 비어 있고 황폐한 상태이다. 거기에는 어떤 인간의 존재도 없고, 일련의 짧은 고정 쇼트들과 상대적으로 유동적이고 긴 쇼트들이 이어진다. 포장도로와 모자이크 조각들, 닫힌 덧문이 달린 창문, 난간, 구멍 난 유리창, 철망, 깨진 거울의 잔해, 조각난 벽난로, 곰팡이 슨 벽, 대들보, 환기통, 비어있는 장, 낡은 석탄 보일러 등에서 의 위대한 조화로움이 재발견된다.
