Do you have proof "It's All True: Based on an Unfinished Film by Orson Welles" was used as the on-screen title for the orignal theatrical release?

Good morning, according to Wikipedia Orson Welles has an unfinished film from 1942 called It's All True. This film record in question is a documentary made by Richard Wilson about that unfinished film from Orson Welles. So I guess the one record needs to be corrected for the documentary title and we really should have a new record created for the Orson Welles unfinished film (so that people will see the difference in the future).
