Police detective Tom Canboro hails from a Christian family. One night, his eccentric brother-in-law Jason seemingly goes insane and tries to kill his wife, calling her a "hater". Canboro realizes this may be a conspiracy going as far as devil worship, but gets in a car crash. Esta película se desarrolla antes de Apocalipsis , y dos años después de la anterior película Revelación . Tom Canboro ( Gary Busey ) es un detective de la policía que se ve luchando contra un grupo misterioso con poderes psíquicos. Cuando su esposa ( Sherry Miller ), hermana Eileen ( Margot Kidder ), y hermano-en-ley ( Howie Mandel ) se convierten en el blanco de esta sociedad oscuro, que se precipita en su ayuda.
