Elvan is the sole heir of a famous restaurant chain. He arranges a meeting with a Russian businessman to save his restaurant, which is going through tough times. Rıdvan is a mobile rice cooker. The fame of their pilaf has been heard all over Istanbul's nightlife and among the tradesmen. Rıdvan, who set his mind to open up to the world at the insistence of his friends, goes to the hotel where Elvan is located to meet the same Russian businessman.

Elvan ünlü bir restoran zincirinin tek varisidir. Zor zamanlardan geçen restoranını kurtarmak amacıyla Rus bir iş adamı ile bir görüşme ayarlar. Rıdvan ise seyyar bir pilavcıdır. Arkadaşlarının ısrarı ile dünyaya açılmayı kafasına koyan Rıdvan da aynı Rus iş adamı ile görüşmek için Elvan’ın bulunduğu otele gider.
