يعمل حسن وتوحيدة في مصلحة التليفونات. من خلال تصنتهما على المكالمات يكتشفان العديد من الأسرار والجرائم. يسجلان المكالمات ويهددان بها أصحابها ويبتزونهم ثم يبلغان عنهم رجال الشرطة ويكسبان من وراء ذلك الكثير. يتزوجان وتطلب توحيدة من حسن أن يكف عن التصنت وخاصة أنها حامل ولكنه لا يستجيب لرجائها.

Hassan and Tawhida work in the phone company. They listen in on calls and discover many secrets and crimes, which makes them blackmail the callers and report them to the police. After making a lot of money, they get married and Tawhida wants them to leave their old ways behind.
