مسرحية من ثلاث فصول منفصلة: «هدامة» و«تحت المرزام» و«مجنون سوسو»، وتدور أحداثها بالترتيب حول: أخ يريد الاستيلاء على منزل أخيه المتهاوي بعد معرفته أنه سيكون على خريطة التثمين. صاحب بناية يظل يرفع أسعار إيجار شققها بلا رحمة على السكان الذين لم يعد لديهم القدرة عليها، ورجل صعب المراس يصيب جميع من حوله بالمتاعب.

A play in three separate acts: “Destructive”, “Under the Girdle”, and “Crazy Soso”, the events of which revolve, in order: A brother wants to seize his brother’s dilapidated house after learning that it will be on the appraisal map. A building owner keeps mercilessly raising the rents of his apartments on residents who can no longer afford them, and a difficult man who causes trouble for everyone around him.
