That was zoe in the 2009 trek film ,perhaps you confused the two ladies.she was in doctor not tng .shes fine as heck could of played uhura for sure!😉

There is a credit on her CV here that lists one episode of TNG. But her first acting credit for TV wasn't until 2003, there is nothing on her CV on IMDb or Wiki for any TV appearances until 2003.
