Was a child prodigy dancer at age 13. Later, Hollywood press hype said she was the fastest tapper at 500 taps per minute. (But this is only about 8.33 taps per second, while the current Guinness Book of Records entry has someone else doing 38 taps per second, set in 1998).
If you want to see an example of her talent, watch the musical film "On the Town," and check out her tapping scene in the Museum of Anthropology. It also stars Gene Kelly, Frank Sinatra, Vera Ellen and Betty Garrett, and features some great location filming in NYC.

Miss Miller certainly could move, and with abundant style and grace - plus always had a delightful personality, to boot.

Right, A Miller holds true on all counts although her philosophical viewpoints go off the deep end.
She could keep up with G Rogers in S Door and measure up to J Garland, P Lawford and F Astaire in E Parade.
Okay, so Y Can't Take it w/ Y gets highly annoying at times even though she dances behind "Little Sister" J Arthur, whose like three times her age.
And then there's that starcrossed romance pairing in something with C Marx. What???
But fortunately A Miller does not stop there. She can lead the chorus line tapping on top of those gigantic soup cans for A Warhol.
And then she goes on to tap in at least four scenes to the soundtrack of K Loggins' Footloose video rematch, featuring plenty of talented film veterans, including S Temple, Gn Kelly, J Mouse, M Roonie, J Garland, G Nelson, G Rogers, F Astaire, V-Ellen, D Dandridge and B Nicholas, H Keel, D Reed, D Reynolds, D O'Connor, J Cagney, BB Robinson, K Bacon, P Swayzee, J Beals, and many other famous dancers, but not every famous dancer, too bad!
Too bad too that they changed this site format because now they won't allow you to post links to show them what you are talking about.

I'm not sure what you mean. They still have the link insertion option in the message composition toolbar. (On YouTube, just click the "skip ads" option when it appears at the beginning of the clip.)

Many Thanks, PT 100
That sounds Mathematically Correct.
