Biography

Born in the south of France, Pascal Escriout moved to the United States in 2001 and rapidly gained industry recognition as a standup comedian. His one man show entitled L'Americain (2014), inspired by real events and depicting the life of a French restaurant owner in New York, was an immediate Broadway hit. Touring the United States and France with his show didn't prevent Pascal to follow his interest in film. He has been recently cast in major productions such as Welcome to New York (Dir. Abel Ferrara) and Capital (Dir. Costa-Gavras). His role in According to Her (Dir. Estelle Artus) brought him critical acclaim in 2016.
