J Garner would have been eligible and highly qualified to run for gubernatorial office in the great State of Oklahoma in 1992 -- because he would have been 35 years of age, born there, and a good Democrat.

Then we wouldn't have had those several Made-for-TV "R Files" reunion movies during the course of the 1990's!
