Biography

Daniela Schneider, born in 1980 in Mexico City, is a Mexican production designer and art director. She studied filmmaking in Barcelona and painting at Escola Massana. Returning to Mexico, she worked on Carlos Reygadas’ Battle in Heaven (2005) and Amat Escalante’s Sangre (2005) as art director. She directed the short Pescador (2008) and feature Cesado (2011). Her work includes Heli (2013) and Post Tenebras Lux (2012).
