I don't remember Mr. Lester other than in a general type way at this late date; it's been probably sometime during the '70s that I last watched a Green Acres episode. I recall him on that series though. That was a show I enjoyed and watched frequently (including in reruns) while growing up and/or in my teens.
RIP, Tom.
PS: I've updated his TMDb profile page (there was also an accidental second profile for him; I merged the credits that had been presented there into this one here). Sources conflict regarding whether he was born in Laurel or in Jackson, Mississippi. Therefore, I've put solely "Mississippi, USA" for his place of birth, since each place appears in multiple sources, and there doesn't seem to be any easy way to determine which is the accurate place. (Even his published obituaries conflict regarding birthplace.)

Thank you, Gen
Nice work with thoroughly conscientious detail.
"Green Acres" may not have been exactly everybody's cup of tea, but Eva Gabor, Eddie Albert, Alvy Moore, Frank Cady, Sid Melton, Doris Pepper, Tom Lester and sometimes Lori Saunders kept it hopping with those one-liners. Well, I wouldn't exactly say 'one-liners' - more like 'two-three-or-four-liners.' Well, not exactly liners as much as timing, two-three-four. Well, maybe not timing as much as wise-cracks. Well, I wouldn't say that everybody kept cranking out the wise-cracks. More like one-liners.... Well.

All my pleasure, Quite.
I've recently been noticing Green Acres appearing listed in evening listings, on one of the classic t.v. channels (I think MeTV), I'm not sure whether every weeknight, or perhaps just on one or both weekend night(s). At some point in the coming days or weeks I will settle in and enjoy at least one episode.
I no longer remember anything, beyond very broad generalities, about the series, as it was probably 40+ years since I last watched an episode, therefore it's mainly what the two main characters looked like, and Eva Gabor saying "dahling" - plus Tom Lester's Eb - I still am able to recall, to any real extent, all these years later.
