Majid Potaki (born on 25 Shahrivar 1353, Rasht), is an Iranian theater, cinema and television actor, theater director and voice actor.

In 2016, he received the best actor award with the title of "Special Achievement" award from the "Manheim" international film festival in Germany (for playing the role of father in the film "Another Time" directed by Nahid Hassanzadeh) and for playing in The short film "Digeri" won the best actor award from the Otabiana Brazil 2021 and Screen Power England 2020 festivals, and in 2021, he won the first male actor award in another short film at the Omid Tehran International Film and Photo Festival. Majid Petaki is currently also active in the position of "responsible for religious and traditional shows of Gilan province".

He started his career in the amphitheater of Shahid Beheshti High School in 1368 and returned from military service in 1975 and entered the university in 1977 and continued his career in the college amphitheater.

مجید پُتکی (زادهٔ ۲۵ شهریور ۱۳۵۳،رشت)، بازیگر تئاتر، سینما و تلویزیون و کارگردان تئاتر و صداپیشه ایرانی است.

او در سال ۲۰۱۶ موفق به دریافت جایزهٔ بهترین بازیگر نقش اول مرد با عنوان جایزه «دستاورد ویژه» از جشنواره بین‌المللی فیلم «مانهایم» آلمان (برای بازی در نقش پدر در فیلم «زمانی دیگر» به کارگردانی ناهید حسن‌زاده) شد و برای بازی در فیلم کوتاه «دیگری» موفق به دریافت جایزه بهترین بازیگر مرد از جشنواره‌های اوتابیانای برزیل ۲۰۲۱ و اسکرین پاور انگلستان ۲۰۲۰ گشته و در سال 2021 جایزه بازیگر اول مرد در فیلم کوتاه دیگری در جشنواره بین المللی فیلم و عکس امید تهران شد. مجید پتکی هم‌اکنون در سمت «مسئول نمایش‌های آئینی و سنتی استان گیلان» نیز فعال می‌باشد.

فعالیت خود را از آمفی تئاتر دبیرستان شهید بهشتی سال 1368 شروع کرد و سال 75 از خدمت سربازی برگشت و سال 77 وارد دانشگاه شد و فعالیت خود را در آمفی تئاتر دانشکده ادامه داد

همزمان با افتتاح شبکه تلویزیونی باران از سال ۱۳۷۷ در سریال‌ها، نمایش‌ها و فیلم‌های تلویزیونی این شبکه به صورت مستمر فعال بوده و تاکنون به عنوان بازیگر در ده‌ها اثر تولید شده در این شبکه و سایر شبکه‌های تلوزیونی فعالیت داشته که از این میان می‌توان به سریال های تلویزیونی کلبه ای در مه (سال 1399 به کارگردانی مرجان اشرفی زاده)، سریال دلدادگان (سال 1397 به کارگردانی منوچهر هادی)، سریال آرماندو (سال 1396 به کارگردانی احسان عبدی‌پور) نام برد.

همچنین در نمایش خانگی در سریال قهوه تلخ (سال ۱۳۸۹ به کارگردانی مهران مدیری)، سریال نهنگ آبی (1397 به کارگردانی فریدون جیرانی)، سریال هیولا ( سال 1399 به کارگردانی مهران مدیری) و سریال میدان سرخ (سال 1400 به کارگردانی ابراهیم ابراهیمیان) اشاره نمود. او همچنین در «رادیو گیلان» به عنوان بازیگر و صداپیشه در نمایش‌های رادیویی فعالیت دارد.
