魏书钧，1991年出生，毕业于中国传媒大学。14岁开始主演《戈壁母亲》等影视作品，演员成为他最初的社会身份。大学时选择了录音专业，在校期间拍过纪录片、短片等。毕业后，魏书钧开了广告公司，后来回到母校读了研究生。2016年，他的研究生毕业作品，也是处女作电影长片《浮世千》 入围釜山国际电影节“亚洲电影之窗”展映单元。2018年其执导的短片《延边少年》获第71届戛纳电影节短片竞赛单元特别提及奖 。2020年其执导的电影《野马分鬃》入围第73届戛纳电影节官方单元。

Wei Shujun (Chinese: 魏书钧; born 2 February 1991; Beijing) is a Chinese filmmaker. He graduated from Communication University of China. He is the youngest Chinese director to be shortlisted for the Busan Film Festival. In May 2018, "On the Border" directed by him won the Special Mention Award in the Short Film Competition at the 71st Cannes Film Festival. In June 2020, his directed work "Striding Into the Wind" was shortlisted for the 73rd Cannes Film Festival.
