Mitani Akari is a pornographic actress and AV Idol Japanese. During her period as an independent actress, she participated in more than 100 pornographic films.

Mitani was born in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, on April 15, 1997. She made her debut in the adult film industry in July 2017 in the role of "college student." Later, in 2019, she clarified that it was a role. In an interview she claimed that she began to have an interest in pornographic videos in high school. Later, due to her interest, she met an adult film director through a mutual acquaintance. On March 12, 2019, she participated in a Vanilla Sky program. The same year she was nominated for a breakthrough actress at the "Adult Broadcast Awards", and won the "FLASH" award. She was also nominated for best actress at the "FANZA Adult Awards 2019". In December of the same year, she was chosen as the 25th sexiest actress of all time by the readers of FLASH magazine.

美谷朱音（日语：美谷 朱音／みたに あかね Mitani Akane，1997年4月15日—），舊藝名為美谷朱里，日本AV女優。
