I can see that Kenneth Wolstenholme is credited on the episode level as a guest star for his episodes; but, this doesn't explain why he does not appear on the series level cast page. The series level cast page should have everyone that's credited, both season regulars and guest stars. confused

I think I had originally added Kenneth at the season level and then added at the episode level BEFORE removing the season level entry. So I probably created the problem when Kenneth was temporarily added as both. I'll clean it up by removing Kenneth from all episodes and starting from scratch. A bit tedious but I'd rather get it cleaned up properly. Once he's not associated with any episodes I'll try adding him to one to see if he then appears on the series level Cast page. If that works I'll work my way through adding him back to the right episodes and do my best not to create duplicates as I go. Update: Deleting wasn't all that difficult. Once I removed Kenneth from all episodes I added him as a guest star to one episode and he now appears on the Series cast list. Adding him to all the right episodes will take a while but at least this issue is now resolved.

It happened again but the steps are fresh in my memory. The scenario is exactly as per the example in the TV Bible Regular Cast page where it says: An actor can be guest starring or recurring for the first two seasons (Guest Star) and promoted as regular for season three (Regular Cast). Kenneth was added to 56 episodes across the first 2 seasons as a guest star. As he appeared in every episode of season 3 I added him as a regular cast member for that season only. On the main page for the show he was listed in the Series Cast with 56 episodes up to the end of season 2 but once added as a regular on season 3 the same page reported him as appearing on only 40 episodes (season 3 total). I then removed him from season 3 regular cast and he disappeared completely from the cast list although still appearing as a guest star in 56 episodes. I've added him back as a regular cast member for season 3 and he's returned to the cast list with 40 episodes. I also want to confirm he is not a guest star in any of the season 3 episodes.

On the full cast page however, he is listed with the correct 96 episodes he appeared in up to the end of season 3. The sorting is a bit odd though as he is listed below cast members with 40+ episodes. So the problem appears to be with the mix of regular cast in season 3 and guest appearances across seasons 1 & 2. Is this something that can be looked at?

He is a guest star in seasons 4-7 that I will add back. The numbers above only reflect his appearances in seasons 1-3 and will change once I add him back to the other episodes.

You fixed it! Thank you. Displaying the correct number of episodes now. Well done!!
