Famous, too, for introducing, and near-immediately establishing, the most copied female hairstyle of the mid '70s to early '80s.

Wow, sad to lose such a fine talent, lovely actress, nice personality, A-list fame at a young age.
Wonderful to remember the very famous Farrah on her birthday because when they go in threes like that (with Ed McMahon and Jackson), then even more unfortunately, sometimes even the most famous of them, like Farrah, gets overshadowed in the news.

I forgot all about that she died simultaneous to Michael Jackson and, as a result, wound up having her death coverage bumped to an also-ran position. Ed McMahon's passing wound up as pretty much simply a PS, dying simultaneous to such much bigger stars.

Right, they all have their fans and all - but something probably causes Ed's fans to lose some of their fanaticism - probably after losing Johnny - or maybe losing to publisher's clearing house sweepstakes.
