Biography

Matt Schick is an on-air tv & radio personality for ESPN. He has been a host on ESPN’s College Football Live, the network’s National Signing Day coverage, various NCAA selection shows, and ESPN’s Bases Loaded. On top of hosting duties, Matt also dabbles in play-by-play for high school football, college basketball, baseball, and softball. On the radio side, he hosts College Gameday on ESPN Radio during football season. Matt currently co-hosts Sunday Morning on ESPN Radio (9am-12pmCT) and serves as one of the hosts of Big Ten Today on Sirius XM’s B1G Channel.

Matt spent the first eleven years of his career in Nebraska, starting out in Kearney as a sports anchor at NTV from 2001-2005. He then made the jump to KETV where he served as the weekend sports anchor for four years.

In 2009, he decided to leave television in order to co-host “The Schick and Nick Show”, with Nick Bahe on 1620 KOZN, before leaving Nebraska for ESPN in 2012.
