I added a new movie: https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/170585-countdown I did that on 2/22. The movie still doesn't show up in searches. Is there is a approval process, or have I not finished something that would trigger the movie to be included in searches?
I'm not trying to expedite anything, as I'm not in a hurry. I just don't know if I did everything right or not. I found very little information on the process. Thanks, joe.

This movie is marked as an adult film, which won't show up in default searches.
In your account preferences, change the option to view adult items in search to 'Yes' and you should be able to find it.

Thanks, that worked. I'll probably have to go ask over in Plex land. But the reason I added the film to themoviedb was I wanted to get Plex to recognize the movie. And I figured if I had to type in all the information once, I should let others benefit too. Anyways, Plex doesn't see the movie listed in themoviedb. Presumably I need to tell Plex to include adult content when searching themoviedb. Unfortunately the only settings available from the UI for themoviedb agent is: "Use collection info from TheMovieDB Prefer localized artwork Country"
Thanks, joe.

Exactly. The behaviour is the same on the API. You will have to ask Plex for this support as well.

Found the problem. https://github.com/plexinc-agents/TheMovieDB.bundle/blob/master/Contents/Code/__init__.py Will submit a patch. Plex needs to add "include_adult=true" to their search queries.
