How apply the api key?

I have registed an account a few days ago, and applied for api key. but i haven't got any reponse so for.

Did you apply for a commercial or developer key?

Just go to your account settings page and click the "API" category on the left sidebar.

Dear Support,
When applying for an API-key it seems one cannot enter data in some fields and therefore not apply ! Am i doing something wrong or is there something wrong ? thx for any reply !

Dear Support,
I solved the previous issue by using Chrome instead of IE10 for windows 7 ... Seems that IE10 has still some issues to solve ...
