Agreed. Tedious having to make several clicks to get to the last post. There should be a shortcut. One way might be to hyperlink the date/timestamp listed next to the title of the thread so that clicking it will take you to the last post.
Hey i found the solution. You start watching a particular thread (its an option) and then you get notifications. I just jumped to the last post through clicking on the notification. It works! Try it!
i am going one notification at a time on a single tab. Instead of clicking on 4-5 threads, i am just clicking the top most notification, then move on to the next one. Working smoothly for me so far. We have been so used to the old IMDb layout that it will take time to get used to it all. And i am on every offshoot site too. Every site is different.
The notifications aren’t really working out for me either, they don’t clear if I have multiple tabs open. I relied on my browser last visited history color change to check out new threads for a feature or show based on date.
If you have multiple tabs open, indeed right now only the only notification in the tab you're in will get the update. I can actually tweak this and push events across all tabs.

Its still great right now. Its rather quick to navigate various threads within a few seconds, unlike IMDb
Of course, if you click the link from the notification center, it always took you to the first unread reply (which is pretty sweet). But now, if you're browsing around, it's easy to just click that link and it takes you straight to the end.

Yes, please, jump to last post, if it's not too much trouble.
And the ignore button. It seems unnecessary now, but if (hopefully) this place grows, it will be impossible to enjoy the discussions without it.
Personally, I think an ignore button, almost completely removes any need for moderation!
Oh, and text formatting, like italics and bold and such.
Oof, I bet you are regretting the mass exodus now, eh Trevor? All these demands and requests.
You are doing a great job though and we are thankful and I do hope you can successfully monetise this new influx of visitors somehow!

Single asterisk wrap for italic and double asterisk wrap for bold.
