...I feel like TMDb is a place where we can all heal from IMDb's callousness.
Seriously, if it weren't for this site I think I'd be pretty depressed today.

I haven't actively posted on IMDB for years, but I read the forums all the time to get impressions and opinions from other people. So far this site looks like the best IMDB replacement overall, not just the forums, so I hope activity picks up here.

So far I haven't found anything here to really dislike. I was a member of IMDb for about 10 years and never posted once in their forums. I viewed them frequently but mostly it just seemed like a lot of arguments and spam and trolls so decided not to get involved. Already here in less than a week I have been far more inclined to get involved and hopefully this can be the start of something new and exciting for movie lovers the world over.

I have been a member of IMBD for 16 years, I think I had total of 10 posts! For some odd reason, I find myself posting AND starting discussions!
