If I want to report a video that was contributed to a movie/show/episode, I can choose between 2 separate report icons on any given video page (example):

1. At the top under the overview in the line "Discussions/Videos/Images/Report/Share".
2. At the bottom next on the right to any youtube video that was uploaded from someone.

The first one works, but the second one does not. If I click on the second one, it sends me back to the top of the same page, doing nothing else.

Question in general: Why does this second "report icon" at the bottom exist at all? I could easily delete or update any given video myself - so why report it? Is this second "report icon" necessary?
