Suggestion: Additional Filter To Exclude Specific Movies or TV Shows

When using /discover/movie or for example /movie/popular it would be nice to be able to exclude specific movies or tv shows that are for example already on the watchlist (or other list) so that the results would be more accurate.

Currently, in the worst case, it would be necessary to load several pages before any new results is provided by the API.
