Was looking for https://www.imdb.com/title/tt11111290 and did not find an entry. In this example it clearly goes into series category and that works. But what about one time documentations? Those are neither movies nor series.

I think I don't quite understand what the problem is.
I believe it is a Series, a TV Show.

The link you posted is from one of the Episodes in the Series.

I believe that (one-time) documentaries are a genre in the movie/film category, are they not? They don't have to be TV series (such as Victory at Sea, The Silent Service, etc.).
Perhaps you are incorrectly equating "movie" with "fiction" rather than with "film".

The thing that confuses me is that for the movie section there is the following statements:
@ticao2 Yeah that was a bad example as I already statet that one should go into TV Series category. I should have removed that example from my question to avoid confusion. The question is about TV documentaries, which due to above statements seem to neither fit the movies nor the TV Shows category.

Single part TV documentaries should go, as indicated by @pt100 , in the movie section. Multipart TV documentaries should go in the TV question.
The first statement you quote means that the things described in the Bible as "TV content" shouldn't be duplicate in the movie section. Single part documentaries aren't concerned, even if they have been broadcasted on TV.
The second statement indicates that the miniseries (wether they are documentaries or not) shouldn't anymore be listed in the movie part, but in TV series part. They were allowed to be at the 2 places some years ago.
