Adding The Legend of Zelda

Hello,
I Try to create TVSHow "The Legend of Zelda" 1989 (https://www.imdb.com/fr/title/tt0832330/?ref_=ttep_ov). Despite filling all info I've got error message (No indication above what can be the issues).
Possibility is that the tv show : The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! (https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/14613-the-super-mario-bros-super-show?language=en-US) is already using the same name.
Can you please have a look?

Multiple contributors have reported the same issue in the past couple days. There is some kind of glitch in the system that seem to be preventing users from creating new TV entries. You can keep an eye on threads such as this one to be notified when it's fixed.
However, "The Legend of Zelda" 1989 (https://www.imdb.com/fr/title/tt0832330/?ref_=ttep_ov) doesn't meet our TV guidelines. TV show should be entered as they first aired. The Legend of Zelda originally aired as segments of The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!. The episodes shouldn't be duplicated on a stand-alone entry.
