Validation Errors on Show

This show ( https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/99631-2gether-the-series ) is labeled as adult and any attempts to change it gets me this error:
"There were some validation errors ... . Adult There are NSFW images that need to be removed before being able to change the adult field on this item."

Hmmm, odd. I don't see any images that are marked as such.
Give me a few to look into it...

The woman in Creators is tagged Adult.

Adult people won't trigger the image error that we're seeing here.

I found the errant image and marked it as safe. All should be good now.
