Should the broadcast date of the drama series be edited as the advance viewing date for SVIP members or the normal broadcast date for VIP members?

As the title suggests, I'm confused about this. It's also quite difficult to understand TMDB's editorial manual through translation, as it's like a book from heaven.

This is a program on Tencent Video, which offers two types of memberships: SVIP and VIP. However, SVIP members enjoy priority privileges over VIP members and can watch the program in advance.
