Discuss Big Brother

Part of me doesn't know what to think of him. I don't have a problem with him being quiet and not really talkative. I'm more or less like that in the real world. However, I feel like he doesn't really do it because he's shy or anxious or anything like that. When he was first in the house he was definitely using it as an intimidation tactic. When he just completely shut down when having convos with Megan and Paul it seemed like he was doing it to show dominance over them rather than actually having nothing to say.

I also think he's a little bigoted. When he first got into the house he pretty much judged everyone based off their appearance. He wanted to work with Matt and Mark because they were both in good shape. Then he just wanted to work with the women who he found attractive. He labeled others who didn't fit his physical qualifications as "outsiders". He decided he didn't like Megan based off one conversation before he even got to know her, and he really didn't even give her a chance during that conversation. I couldn't stand how he just flat out told her he didn't like her during the nomination ceremony. I also have an issues about his comments regarding transgendered people.

Additionally, part of me doesn't even understand why he is on the show. He doesn't even seem happy or excited to be there. I've read on twitter that he doesn't like the cameras in the house. So why did he even bother to audition for this series in the first place. He's claimed to have watched it, so he should have known what it was all about.

Part of me would like to give him a chance though. I respect what he's done as a veteran. And like I said, I'm fine with him being the quiet type. I sort of find it refreshing. I also think outside demeanor does not necessarily reflect how you feel on the inside. But he makes it hard to root for him when he comes off as mean and unfriendly.

Me too.

I totally agree with this.

I couldn't stand how he just flat out told her he didn't like her during the nomination ceremony.

I did not like that either,

and I think that whole Megan incident was so wrong, and all the confusion was Jessica's fault for not admitting that she did say Paolo and not Panda - and I believe she purposely omitted saying this.

I also have an issues about his comments regarding transgendered people.

I missed it- what did he say?

Agreed.

Exactly. I liked and wanted to root for him at first, I thought he would be a good match for Paul game strategy -wise , but when he had his first meltdown he came off as a brat.

On the live feeds, when Jess was talking to him about going off on Paul the way he did ,she was saying to him , 'how do I know you won't do that in real life?' Cody said, 'I would, that is how I am in real life.' That look he get's in his eyes when he's angry makes me think he may actually be nuts peanuts peanuts for real.

In regards to the transgendered issue, on the life feeds he said that transgendered people have psychological problems, and he used the word T****y, which is considered offensive. I know that not everyone is as open minded about it, but he definitely could have been nicer in the way he said things.

I also feel like he's just as bad as everyone else in the house, but makes it out to seem like he is somehow better. When everyone was looking to him within the first two weeks or so he had no problems with that. Yet when everyone turned to Paul he started calling them all weak and "betas". He also called out Josh for making victim noises, yet since he's been on the outs he threatens to self evict and whines about he'll never win.

Part of me wishes he and Paul are the last two standing just to see what it's like in the house. Or maybe there's some kind of punishment where he's stuck in a room with him just to see how they'll act. The Odd Couple for real.

OMG! I love this idea! rofl rofl

Without Jess there to 'talk Cody down' it may be the first case of attempted murder in the BB house house_abandoned

😂😂😂😂😂

I can't stand Cody and haven't liked him since the start of the season. I see nothing appealing about either him or Jessica and can't understand their popularity at all.
