I'm trying to create the correct DVD episodes for this Show. When I create episode groups, I go to add an episode, and I only have the option to add individual segments. How do I create an episode that includes multiple segments?
I want to create 'Episode 1', with a summary that that includes five segments - Jet Fuel Formula (1), Fractured Fairy Tales, Bullwinkle's Corner, Peabody's Improbable History, Jet Fuel Formula (2). And then subsequent episodes 2-26 for Season 1, all of which have five segments each. This would follow the DVD order of episodes and the segments they contain.

You can't group the segments with an episode group. They should remain separated.
The only thing that can be done with episode groups is reordering the episodes.

Can episodes be created in any way, to document the DVD release with shows that consist of multiple segments (like can be done at TVDB)?

Nothing more can be done than ordering the segments as they are on the DVD.
The segmentation rule also apply to the episode groups.
