The earliest archived episode page I can find for will+Dress shows the episode numbers restarting from 1 so it indeed should be a one season for overDress and another season for will+Dress.

Thank you for wanting to fix the entry but please do not create duplicate entries. I will have to delete the duplicate you created one I finish moving the episodes.

will+Dress can now be found as the second season of the anime.
