Extra Details: According to the following douban(A china site similar to TMDB) page, i believe that the name/title should be "闪亮女孩" in zh-cn language. However the field is locked, can anyone help me to put it?

Not an officially released yet, so that's why we need "闪亮女孩" here. It is the most agreed translation in zh-CN users.

Could you please show me any Official announcements of TMDB that only officially titles are accepted? I can not find such a word in Terms of use https://www.themoviedb.org/terms-of-use

All our rules are availeble in the Contribution Bible.
The part concerning the titles are here. I quote : "The translated title should be the first official translation. In other words, the title of the first—theatrical, physical, digital or TV—release. " and "The translated title field should be left blank if there is no official translation. Please do not add unofficial translations. "
