I can't read the original post in the issue you linked but for the sake of debate, just because the original airing omitted episodes doesn't mean it should be our source of truth. The DVD is sold with the complete listing and other reputable dbs recommend the complete listing.

TMDb always uses the ORIGINAL AIRING ORDER as the main order, so that's exactly what it means. If you want the unsensored DVD version, just use the DVD order.
