Extra Details: The whole of season 5 has now been added on to the end of season 4, as it should have been to start with. Please remove the whole of season 5 as this is now duplicated. Thanks. I understand that there are limited moderators and it’s done on a voluntary basis. But the last report I submitted was almost two months ago, and still hasn’t had a reply from a moderated, never mind resolving the issue!

I'm gonna close this since it's a duplicate. Looking at your original report you didn't include one thing we need: proof that History released the episodes as Season 4. Considering that their website is difficult to access from outside the US, sharing a something as easy as a screenshot can help us close your report so much faster.
