Unknowingly Utopia More discovers an ancient record that holds to the key to the universe. With the universe in her grasp, the ruthless Gypsy Doc of the Pirate Guild has his eyes on the power she wields. That is until the legendary space pirate, Cobra, gets in his way and saves Utopia. The two must now work together to stop Gypsy Doc from taking over the universe.

Quando Utopia More descobre um registro antigo que detém a chave para desvendar os segredos do universo, ela se torna o alvo do implacável Gypsy Doc da Guilda dos Piratas. Utopia se vê salva pelo pirata espacial fácil, mas lendário, Cobra, cujo costume feito Psychogun faz dele uma força a ser reconhecida. Juntos, os dois tentam parar Gypsy Doc (junto com o arqui-inimigo revivido de Cobra, Crystal Boy) e seus esforços para roubar o registro e usar seus segredos para governar o universo.
