Item: Bad Monkey
Language: en-US
Type of Problem: Incorrect_content
Extra Details: According to your own contribution bible "We currently only support the original air dates on the original network"
Taking that into account the first episode date should be the 14th,not the 13th and subsequent episodes need shifting by a day as well - https://tv.apple.com/gb/show/bad-monkey/umc.cmc.2qoep59s6qukjonprttysfs8x
Edit for US page - https://www.apple.com/tv-pr/originals/bad-monkey/
The way it is now it's putting Trakt out as it basically says its already aired but it doesn't for another 17 hours!! This seems to be occurring on quite a few shows, by one particular mod going in and changing the dates when they are already correct according to your own rules. Please fix ASAP

Based on what I am seeing, this is still an issue. I raised an issue with Trakt, but someone set the Premier date for the 13th (today-Tuesday) but that is incorrect. The Premier date is the 14th (Wednesday). The show page on Apple TV clearly states this:
https://tv.apple.com/us/show/bad-monkey/umc.cmc.2qoep59s6qukjonprttysfs8x
I thought we could modify some of this info like we could on the tvDB (I know Trakt doesn't use that anymore).

Ooh, you're right! I didn't check on the site but in SeriesGuide and that's updated to the 14th so assumed the site had been as SeriesGuide uses TMDb. How odd!
Just checked Trakt and it's the correct date, so maybe they've manually changed it?
As for editing the info here. It was initially correct but a mod had gone in and changed it and they get high and mighty if you then change it again, even when they are in the wrong (which is the majority of the time I reckon), so best to just report it and hope to goodness it's one of the sensible ones sees it and responds.
Edit. I wish Trakt could have stuck with tvdb. I always find it far more accurate than here

I'll give Trackt some time to refresh because mine still shows it listed like this:
"STATUS Returning Series PREMIERES August 13, 2024 on Apple TV+ RUNTIME 42m"
I have used the Advanced settings to refresh my data, etc...so I'll wait before I make any more complaints.

Apple TV+ release its content very early Ireland time on the advertised date, which mean in the evening of the previous day in the United States (This is a United States series).

Oh come on! Even the US Apple site (I put a VPN on to get it) has it as Wednesday. UK get it around 5am, US midnight - same day!
Going by your air date it aired 17 hours or so ago, so what you say is utter nonsense

That is poor assessment on date/time on your part. As ttvcapps mentioned, this show is a US released show, so it should reflect US date/times, which is clearly listed on their website as Wednesday August 14th. You'll need to adjust your local sites/apps accordingly. If you cannot fix this properly, please ask an Admin or someone more in charge to reply to us please. Thank you.

You and ttvcapps are correct that this is a US show that should reflect the US date/times. In the US, where it's currently still August 13, the first two episodes are now available to watch; they were released at 9 pm ET.
TMDB currently only has a release / air date field; there is no release / air time field. Trakt imports the release / air time from TVMaze and they have their own rules.

And yet, ET, they release as I stated, midnight, which would be the 14th not the 13th!
How about you try again. You are the one who keeps mucking with air dates, so at least get it right please.

They were not released as you stated. The episodes were released at 9pm ET on August 13, 2024, 3 hours before midnight ET. I posted my reply on August 13, 2024 at 11:35pm ET and the episodes were already out by then.
There is no "mucking up" as the first two episodes released on August 13 in the US. I should know since I watched episode 7 of Sunny (another Apple TV+ original TV show) before midnight ET and Bad Monkey was promoted as being available to watch.

As indicated in the message above, it was already available in the US at 9pm ET. Your screenshot is not coming from an official Apple page.
