故事讲述金俊熙（沈恩敬）是超人气5人乐团「Indigo AREA」的前成员，自己过去曾深受挫折和创伤，她的恋人也是乐团的主音又突然宣布退团，大受打击的她开始畏惧社交媒体和音乐，决定让自己消失，抛下一切来到日本一个海边的小镇。在那里她渐渐打开了至今不认识世界的大门，脱离她原本价值观狭隘的世界，取回对音乐的热诚，更作为一个人而成长，在过程中带出和生存不可或缺的人与人连结，带出一部关于治愈及勇气的新生活故事。
