暗黑路基艾爾在引發的暗黑火花戰爭中，用擁有讓所有生物陷入時間停歇的暗黑波動將所有的超人力霸王，怪獸和宇宙人變成人偶，後在突然出現的超人力霸王銀河導致兩敗俱傷，雙方因能力用盡而進入沉睡狀態。 人偶變成流星降落到地球上，從外國回來的禮堂光命運般的被選中為超人力霸王銀河的繼承者，同時暗黑路基艾爾正利用著人們心中的黑暗獲得邪惡力量想要復活。禮堂光決定用銀河火花的力量變身成超人力霸王銀河保護著大家。
