Discuss The Walking Dead

Pfft! I came here to discuss TWD.

What did everyone think of this great shot from the latest episode? http://imgur.com/a/uprfk

I've never seen a board with so much drama. And none of it is about The Walking Dead!🙄

Hi...I'm LittleCrit and I'd like to discuss TWD...

There are plenty of topics about the show on here. As for the shot from last episode, I thought it was very cheesy.

But ya gotta admit, the view from the top of the trash heap was stunning!

LOL! I think the words stunning and trash heap should never be used together. I was impressed at how neat the piles were though.

Right?

How about instead of trash heap, manmade dunes?

Well you know what they say, one mans trash is another mans treasure.

Very true...this group puts a whole new meaning of dumpster diving!

😮 Yep. I'm more interested in why they talk so weird.

My theory is that they came up with a shortened vocabulary in order to not have to talk when walkers are around. The less talk the better.

That seems like the most logical explanation.

I could be completely off as logic doesn't always apply on the show, but it makes sense.

I've asked most of these guys to take their chat to another less traveled board. I have no real problem if you want to chat about stuff on your own, but in a case of one of the most popular TV shows on TV right now, we need to try and keep this more on topic. No one will chat about TWD if the last 15 posts aren't about TWD.

I think that it's boring just like this show has become. And Rick's hair always looks wet for some reason. Is it sweat?

I really had high hopes for this season since Negan was like a an evil warlord in last season's cliffhanger. Although his scenes are straight out of the comic, it just does not look as cool as Robert wrote and Charlie drew it for the comic. I always thought that Negan was larger than life but on screen, he just isn't. I can't explain how either. The character is missing something. Oh yeah.

What he is missing is the "fear factor". Negan isn't as scary or deadly as his comic counterpart. In fact his comic introduction began with Volume titled Something To Fear with a close up of his wicked grin.

That definitely looks like a creepy guy! I've never read the comics, but the comic Negan looks meaner than the TV Negan!
