I don't think he'll rat them out. At least not yet.

He asked for her weight to see if they were bluffing. Their mistake was telling him they needed two. Eugene is smart enough to realize who the pills were really for after their conversation. He'll probably use that to his advantage at some point...he's already proven he can bide his time and swing a situation to his advantage.

Also, females can generally gauge another female's weight. Generally. I don't believe that the girl in question is over 110 soaking wet.
