The Kingdom is the only hiding place, as Ezekiel said part of their agreement is Saviours do not get past their walls whereas Alexandria and the Hilltop and everywhere else can be surrounded and turned upside down like a prison search at any moment.

The only thing that gets me is why people don't try to just leave Saviour territory? Clearly it has a boundary and until a few years back the group were actively trying to reach either Washington or go further north, but then they meet the most sadistic group they have ever encountered and decide "This would be a lovely place to call home!"

If Sheri is smart then she isn't hiding anywhere, she's in a car with a few drums of fuel on the backseat and she's driving day and night in any direction that has Saviour territory in the rear view mirror!
