just saw she is in a new show, the arrangement. is she finished with twd?
No way of knowing. She's a recurring character, not a series regular, so another project doesn't necessarily rule out additional appearances on TWD. Unlike Sonequa Martin-Green who has a leading role on the new Star Trek series - I'm guessing her little sniper mission to the Sanctuary is going to be her last ride on The Walking Dead. Starring in two major TV series at once is an awfully hard juggling act to pull off.

How hard is it to pull off TWD though. With all these bottled episodes she really only has to show up for 2 maybe 3 at the most full episodes per season depending if they want to give her one of her own episodes or a full episode with another character. Then perhaps tiny parts here and there to fill in some episodes were the whole group is involved. She can theortically do both. I am not a Sasha fan. Her acting on TWD is a little meh. Something is always off with her character.

Sasha is emotionally closed off and doesn't let anyone else get too close. Sonequa plays her perfectly. Characters like that just aren't terribly compelling. Michonne was bottled up too in season 3, but she was so badass with her screw you attitude, her combat skills, and of course The Glare, that she was a fun character anyways. I especially enjoyed her scenes with the Governor because you knew she could see right through him, and so did he. It made for some great dramatic tension.

I see your point and I understand it. I just think something is off with the acting. Sometimes I feel that it's forced. Maybe it's just me. I like the idea of Sasha and think someone else could have pulled her off a little better. Though I think Sasha was at her best with David and I liked her scenes with Abraham. Perhaps maybe my biggest issue is that I never got attached to her like some of the other characters. I think that's probably the writer's fault for giving her few and far inbetween things.
Early Michonne was one of the best! Well Michonne in general was pretty great until Richonne happened. I really wanted it too and now it seems like it isn't working chemistry wise. I like every scene she is in until her and Rick get all romantic talk with each other. I agree that she had some fine moments with the Gov. Well, I liked any moment with the Gov.
