The Kree actually created the Inhumans. They seem to be fine with them overall as long as they can keep them in control.

Marvel should read the writing on the wall and kill off ALL of the Inhumans now that they have mutants to play around with. Old school Inhumans were remotely interesting but they sh!t all over them with that awful tv show. New, ret-con'ed Inhumans are a pale copy of what they would have simply made mutants. Time to write them out of the spotlight.

There's really no reason for that. Inhumans are canon regardless of whether mutants exist or not. Which really brings up the question on how they're going to explain why we've never seen any mutants in the MCU before and now all the sudden there they are. That's a tough sell either way.

I think they can get around by saying that they have always been around, however it has not been SHIELD's responsibility to monitor them until recently, there will be a government shakeup which will force SHIELD to get involved or they have always been doing it, however it will be done covertly, they will figure it out a work it in somehow.

Maybe they will add a Secret Wars type element to the aftermath of Infinity War and add mutants via dimensional amalgam. Or maybe mutants were a big secret being kept from the public by the govt. Seems like no matter how they do it, it will feel cheap. So be it.
