Discuss Homeland

So many plots and it doesn't seem like a few more episodes can resolve this Illuminati BS

I'm fine with a complex plot. However, I am not happy with agenda driven writing. I don't mind Lefty shows and I don't even mind when they are obvious in their bias (like The Good Wife or Elementary, for instance) but this season of Homeland is an obvious public opinion push. Iran is not cheating on the nuke deal? Israel is the sinister figure in the shadows? Our plucky new woman president can do no wrong? It all smells like propaganda programing. Like this is what it feels like to watch a show in old communist Russia or China.

Severe drop in quality. Loved every season until now.

Nah, i think this season has been more worth watching. Way more exciting after Episode 8th..

This season is undoubtedly pretty bad, it's gone from espionage to political thriller. Personally I find civilian Carey to be just plain boring and don't see how she can remain relevant to the if this continues.

Probably my 2nd favorite season behind the 1st.

It's a TV show, so you can take it for what it is or look more into it.

For instance, it's doing a pretty good job of destroying the IC, which is something that is not a liberal agenda, but instead a Trump talking point. You didn't mention that. Also, the President Elect is not really plucky, but more bitchy and cold. And really, just unlikable. Sound familiar?

I don't disagree with your points. I just think it is what it is. It's a good show.
