Yes, I agree, that they were broadcasted at once, however I own the complete Cheers series and these are totally separated episodes. All of them have their own "intro" and "outro", just like any other episode.
My media server is pulling data from themoviedb.org, but even though I have the correct number of episodes, it cannot populate the information properly.

Same happened to me. Actually on AppleTV the several episodes in season 10 and 11 were split. For instance S10E25 An Old-Fashioned Wedding pt.1, S10E26 An Old-Fashioned Wedding pt.2, S11E23 Rebecca Gaines, Rebecca Loses pt.1, S11E24 Rebecca Gaines, Rebecca Loses pt.2, S11 E26 One for the Road pt.1, S11E27 One for the Road pt.2, S11E28 One for the Road pt.3 and can't pull data for my jellyfin properly. So to have ability to add same episode multiple times in different group would be really helpful in these kind of cases

With an episode group, you can only reorder episodes, not split them.

Yes I know. I've tried to make a new Episode Group, but since there's no ability to add same episode multiple times, people who have problem like me will not be able to pull data properly.

Even if it was possible to add the same episode multiple times, your media center would get wrong data (episode duration for example).
The best solution, if your media center accept them, is to manually create NFO files on your system.

Well, the same can be then said for the double episodes. For instance, Star trek DS9 has first episode Emissary (1) and Emissary (2), and in DVD release has Emissary (1), so theoretically episode duration will be wrong displayed. But funny thing, when I scrape it through TMM, the TMM itself fixes duration and Jellyfin displays it correctly. I have numerous more examples...Seinfeld, Stargate etc. https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/580-star-trek-deep-space-nine/season/1 https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/580-star-trek-deep-space-nine/episode_group/64318e08e92d830097c57415/group/64318e3d9a64350666c72c78 https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/2290-stargate-atlantis/season/1 https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/2290-stargate-atlantis/episode_group/61574db58e2ba600618dd2f3/group/61574df94d6791008b807ae0

Some scrapers use the duration of the video file instead of the duration recorded on site. But this is not done by all of them.

Exactly my point. If someone uses, for instance, DVD release from DS9, he will get duration wrong if his scraper uses duration recorded on site. So if that kind of thing already exist on this site, there's no logic that the other thing doesn't exist, since it's only affect duration in both cases.

Duplicating an episode doesn't have the same technical implications inside the database than just skipping one.
I invite you to have a look to this feature request.
