Is Wild Dog prepared to take care of Zoe, his daughter, or should he leave her in foster care? I think Wild Dog has some anger issues, and might be too out of control to take care of his daughter. In addition, I don’t think working with the Green Arrow is conducive to a safe environment for the child. Even if Rene remained helping the Deputy Mayor, I don’t think it would be a safe environment for his child.
