As written, where would this show be without all the hot chicks?

-- I mean, I've just seen the first three seasons on Netflix and it quickly got kinda boring, and the only thing that saved the show, was the constant feed of new, hot chicks - hell they even brought them back if they died!?

I'm pretty sure that without them, there wouldn't be a tv-show called the Arrow today - it would've lasted three or four seasons, tops.
