I am from IMDB. Disappointed they shut down the boards but hopefully this one will take off.

I think most of the recent threads were Team April or Not Team Maggie (LOL).

I wasn't really a regular poster on that particular board, I started binge watching back in like September and just caught up a couple weeks ago. But I really do hope this one takes off too.

Yup. 14 years until yesterday. Honestly, how much longer does anyone think this show will continue?

Yay! I've been stalking this particular section since the February 20th, waiting for somebody to heat it up (since I don't have the b*a*l*l*s to be the first one to start a topic, obviously ). I haven't been a frequent poster, but I did post on the old forum. This one is better, though, more user-friendly and for me, personally, my new UX paradise (yes, I'm a dev. It kinda shows. A lot...). I watch Grey's with a bit of delay, I am GMT+1, and after latest episode I'm feeling kind of disappointed.

• I loved Jackson's comebacks at April.
• I hated that nobody caught that hypocritical, two-faced Arizona with Minnick all over her face (I don't like either of them, plus their "attraction" is forced. Hell, it's shoved down our throats, over and over again!).
• The storyline with Meredith's rebellion was lame, judging from the preview I thought there would be some aggressive persuasion from Bailey and that Meredith will point out how ungrateful Bailey is and that she would be nothing if it wouldn't have been for Richard pushing her whiny a*s*s all the way to the top, all these years. And it was also quite pointless, since she will be back in the hospital next week and Minnick isn't going anywhere.
• As always, if I could I skipped the fake princess Jo's scenes (the actress is horrible and she is wearing too much make-up!).
• Maggie's patient story was really sad and all, but I think there's too many traumatized doctors running around GreySloan (Amelia, Meredith in some lethargic denial,Owen and his baby issues, possibly Stephenie, mopy Jo and now Riggs). And it looks like the producers are still trying to do the sister-triangle thing (there was definitely some bonding going on, at least on Maggie's side). I'm not against Mer-Riggs, I love the actor dearly since Off the Map, but the triangle doesn't fit in. Like at all.

Sorr,y my thoughts are all over the place, it's 2:30 AM in here and I know I'm probably not making sense at all. (also, please, excuse my English, I'm not a native speaker so I tend to do some mistakes, make poor choice of words etc. My native language and English don't match, they are completely different. And it shows, mostly in syntax and comma usage- we put them everywhere ).

I think it may be time for another culling of the herd. The hospital has been shot up a couple of times, bomb explosion, fire truck crash, ambo rollover, bus crash and fire, plane crash - hmm what's left? Ooh I know - Owen, Jo, Arizona, Minnick, Debbie Allen and DeLuca (others may be added depending on the mood I'm in) should be outside the door standing in a group gassing away and a helicopter crash lands on top of them. It should be okay to rip off another med show since this one hasn't demonstrated much originality since S5.

Nother former IMDBer here (hence my handle). Didn't really get too involved with posting because yall can get a bit much. I mean I know everyone's entitled to their opinion but still....lol.

I like Minnick. I think she's an interesting addition. I like her style and its annoying how some are against her due to loyalty and whatnot but please. You can be loyal all you want but if hospital goes down due to lackluster quality in how its run and everyone moves on to greener pastures (remember when they had to compete with Mercy West or some other hospital a buncha seasons back?), who does this benefit? So Team Weber's acting like children. I guess what happened in last week's ep when Edwards lost the boy might have changed things..nah they lose patients all the time.

I hope we're past the whole Maggie pining for Aussie Derek (the name escapes me at the mo) who's kinda pining for Meredith who's kinda wanting him in return but wants to squash it because she's unsure to get back out there and she doesn't want to hurt Maggie's pweshus feewings. She's an adult. She'll get over it. And they're adults. I know they don't act like they are all the time but come on.

Oh, and Karev should've been in prison. Woulda been a lot more interesting. Now we have to go thru this Karev-Jo-DeLuca triangle. blech.

Teaching methods should be updated from time to time. Minnick could have been an interesting addition had the character's tone and interaction been written to be more moderate. I would think that if one barged into ORs and offered unsolicited dismissive and critical comments about the outdated and inadequate teaching methods you would end up with a boatload of insulted, offended butt-hurt surgeons and lots of drama, which of course is what Shonda was aiming for.

I think Aussie Derek (I like that and will continue to use it if you don't mind) should stay but if Maggie continues the nonstop whining feel free to add her to the crash group. I'm flexible...

Yep, I'm from the imdb too. Still exploring different alternatives. This one is quite good in the movie section and I can get used to the format.
