Extra Details: Stan of Arabia (1) and Stan of Arabia (2) are officially titled "Stan of Arabia: Part 1" and "Stan of Arabia: Part 2". This is whats listed in the US Volume 1 DVD.

That's just how we name multi-part episodes.

They arent multi-part, they are officially separate.

And in those cases, TMDb has a naming convention -> the one that @banana_girl linked to in the post above. It's just easier to use this, especially with translations! Imagine we would have to use those instead:
And so on. We just use the short form for all those cases.
