I invite you to read this previous content report. The 3 parts of "Secret Origins" were originally broadcasted as one single episode.

I don't see who benefits from it being described as one single episode today. Every source provides it in its modern form. I have to disable TMDB from my Jellyfin server because it's messing up my episodes that way. But okay, thanks for the clarification
